Sichuan Chemical Works (Group) Ltd (briefed as SCW) was founded in the year of 1956.with the development of more than 40 year ,it has grown up to a super-scale chemical complex in major production of chemical fertilizers and raw materials and ranked one of the 18 large-scale chemical production bases of china.
CCW is located in Qingbaijiang District of Chengdu Municipalty of Sichuan Province by a distance of 30 kilometers and 60 kilometers respectively to Chengdu city town and to Chengdu International Airport both connected by express highway nets and its self-support railway runs along its production area connect to Qingbaijiang Railway Station of Baoji-Chengdu railway and its road way nets joint to Chengdu-Mianyang and Sichuan ¨CShaanxi express highway nets.
SCW now posses 5 solely-invested companies and share-holding sudsidiary companies of Sichuan Chemical Company Ltd, Chuanhua Yongda Construction & Engineering Company ltd, chuanhua Runjia real estate company Ltd, Chengdu Wangjiang Chemical Factory, Shengzheng Rongsheng Chemical Company Ltd and a Sino-Japan joint venture---Chuanhua Ajinomoto Company Ltd.
SCW is at present the largest producer of nitrogenous fertilizers, melamine and l-lysine covering 57 kinds of products of more than 200 specifications. it has an employed staff of 7,350 of whom about 1.020 are specialized engineers and skilled technicians. It owns a total assets of RMB 2.5 billion yuan and covers an area of 220 hectares.
